Raw porridge

Even though my dinners this week haven't been all raw I have eaten some great raw breakfasts.

My sister has gotten really into raw foods, and the other day she made me this raw porridge that was fantastic. It is made of chia seeds, one half of a banana and almond milk that has set in the fridge overnight, then we topped it with orange and blueberries. So, so yum! Even Emil, 9 yrs, gave it a thumbs up.


The day before that, I stayed at a hotel that doesn't serve breakfast but I found this raw porridge at a grocery store on the way to the hotel. It was really tasty and will problably be a common staple when I'm travelling!
